Yoga

All clients at The Arbor participate in yoga three times a week. The ancient practice of yoga provides extensive benefits including reduced stress, improved circulation and breathing, increased strength and flexibility, weight management, pain relief and more.

Yoga at The Arbor

The class structure includes relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to calm and focus the mind and remove toxins from the body. The sequence of asanas (yoga postures) is flexible, allowing for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners to experience significant benefits even after the first class. Personalized instruction within the class setting allows for the yoga instructor to assist each client based on their flexibility and fitness level. Class participants are assisted in learning how to focus within themselves and understand how the holistic and healing nature of yoga can be utilized to promote long-term healthy recovery.
